How to setup your email
This guide shows how to set up your email account using Microsoft Outlook Express, if you are using a different program to pick up your email please contact support@7daycomputerservices.co.uk.
1. Click on Tools then Accounts in the menu bar.
2. In the popup Accounts screen click on the Mail Tab then click on the Add button and pick Mail.
3. In the Display Name screen type in the name you want to appear when you send someone an email, then click on the Next button.
4. Type your email address into the
E-mail address box then click the Next button
5. Make sure the My incoming mail server is a box has POP3 selected. In the Incoming mail box type the POP3 setting this will be mail.yourdomainname.co.uk
In the Outgoing mail box type the SMTP settings this will either be the smtp server you use with your current service provider or mail.yourdomainname.co.uk.
6. In the Account name box enter your email Account Name.
In the Password box type in your email password.
Click the Remember Password checkbox.
Click the Next button.
7. Click on the Connect using Internet Explorer or a 3rd party dialer radio Button Click the Next button.
8. Click on the Finish button to complete the set up process.
9. Click on the Close button. You have now set up your email account.
